"I guess it still makes money for someone or it probably wouldn't be open. It's terrible. We have never had a good experience here. If we could just draw our own blood we'd be much better off. Unfortunately our medical team always sends us here. I can't believe there are no other options. I might just refuse further treatment so I don't need to deal with this place anymore. Do you even want to help people?"
"Should not even get 1 star. Place was packed at 10 am went for urinalysis. Check in was okay. Sat for over 40 minutes. Someone went to the window and was told 30 minutes before their paperwork is accepted. Got up and left. Just now received ready to check me in over an hour wait."
"Unskilled, unprofessional and rude staff. I never had trouble with blood draws until I went here. In October, the blood draw left a large bruise on my arm. In November, the draw was excruciating the entire time, and when I complained that it burned, the employee said, "It's probably from the alcohol [swab]. You're welcome to go somewhere else." This draw caused a weird purple bruise on my arm, which hurt for the rest of the day. In addition, they blast Christian radio with country music, have long waits and the reception staff has also been rude. My attempt to reach the manager by phone was a fruitless waste of time."
"I can not contact anyone at the Asheville, NC location to find out if they have received the fax order from my doctor. The voice recording leaves a person frustrated and customers can not leave a general message."
"If you have options to go to another labcorp please do! I waited for 2 hours for a simple blood test. There were MULTIPLE HIPPA violations with multiple patients. Office staff are very rude as well!! I have had my labs done many times and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had!"
