Caliber Collision

"Overall my experience with this location of Caliber Collision was not that great - mostly because of the customer service I received from administrative staff. The repair work was awesome except for one thing, but its minor and has nothing to do with the quality of the work. In regard to my experience, I want to state that Mary and Skylar are very kind individuals and did their best to provide me the most accurate information. I contacted the shop a day before my car was stated to hav been ready (12/15), and spoke to Mary. She did her best to give me the most up to date information. It turns out my car wouldn't- be ready the 15th, which was completely understandable as y'all were waiting on parts. However, when I reached back out the entire week following that phone call, I spoke with Gracie. Im going to say this. Gracie needs to lose the attitude and get the stick out of her behind. She never provided me specific information, the correct information, and would not give me a specific date as to when my car was potentially going to be ready. I asked when my car would be ready and she told me "very soon," which means like within the next day or so. On another phone call, I confirmed with her that it would be ready on the Wednesday/Thursday following the 15ht, she stated that it would be ready. She never informed me that y'all were still missing parts or why my car was taking so long. I was given the run around, and I really did not appreciate it. I cannot explain the relief I experienced when I called the following week and spoke to Skylar again. Skylar was very professional in our interactions, both over the phone and email. Skylar did her best to handle the situation even though things were out of her control but I appreciate her honesty with me about what was going on an why my car was not ready. I will also say that, in general, you will also have to call them in order to receive any updates on your cars repair progress unless you get told that you'll be called back when you speak to them. I was under the impression that I would receive text message updates. I received one, and it was the day I dropped it off to inform me that my car would be transferred to the Brevard Rd location due to a certification class at the 17 Truckers Pl location in order to receive faster service. I think that I actually would have received faster service at that location despite the certification class. I dropped my car off at the 17 Truckers Pl Location on 11/28, and I did not receive my car back until 12/28 even though my estimate stated my car would be out on the 15th. Due to the run around given to me, I didn't know when my car would get back to me, so I ended up having to pay for a day of my rental because I had maxed out the allowance on my insurance policy. I will say, though, that the work done to my bumper was awesome, they washed and detailed my car. It was cleaner than when I gave it to them. I do appreciate that because it takes a bit of a burden off of my shoulders. It looked awesome! Just be aware, if you have small details on your car (such as pin stripping), that they will not paint it back on, so now my car has pinstripes on one side and not the other."

"The repairs done were perfect. The process of getting/returning a rental car went smoothly. Caliber worked seamlessly with our insurance company. Getting an estimate was quick, efficient, professional, and well done. Only comment would be that communications were sporadic requiring me to call often to get updates. Also keep in mind that parts may take a while to be delivered resulting in repairs taking longer than estimated."
