"I’ve been ordering from this Pokeworks consistently for months and never had a problem. Today, I tried something slightly different with my food and it was the saltiest thing I have ever eaten. I tried to push pass but I couldn’t so I called and told them the issue. As my office is around the corner the person on the phone instructed me to bring it back so they can fix it. Well today I went in at 2pm and I explained the situation. The 1st woman I spoke to acted as if I came in to beg for a free meal. I explained to her I come in all the time and have countless orders here. She continued to announce that it’s not salty as if she actually ate exactly what I ordered and was extremely rude. Eventually she told the blonde woman next to her to fix my order and she haphazardly through it together. When I asked if she could put it in a bag she handed the bag to me to do it. Absolutely disgusting service and I anticipated better."

"I hope this review serves as constructive feedback to enhance the quality of food and food preparation training at this location. I am a loyal customer of various poke locations in Texas and Tennessee, but my recent move to NC and visit to this sole location in the state was extremely disappointing. Issues encountered: - Bones and skin on the salmon. Bones punctured my mouth. - Overcooked and mushy rice, starkly different from the firm sticky rice as standard. - Excessive sauce poured. Note: I always get heavy (3 squirts or so) without issue but I was shocked to see several ounces poured out saturating the rice to the bottom of the bowl. - Cilantro with numerous thick stems, burnt-tasting wontons, and toppings not fresh or finely cut. I believe addressing these concerns will lower the risk of food borne illnesses and increase customer satisfaction. I hope to revisit again in a few months and change my review. "First time customer. Told the worker that I couldn’t have anything spicy, specifically selected non-spicy versions of ingredients, and yet the bowl was spicy and burned my mouth. Aside from that, it’s just not very tasty. It’s fine but not good and not something I’d ever come back for. Didn’t seem fresh at all."

Well here's mine: Parking: 5 Location: 5 Decor/ambiance: 5 Customer Service: 5 I feel that Poke is still a new concept to many of us and if you haven't had the chance to indulge yet, check out these guys. We heard that these guys where the original poke burrito creators. They created a video of a poke burrito that went viral and Durham has NC's very first location! Yesterday we checked them out and where highly impressed! They have these amazing kale noodles that leave you feeling so full yet they are super healthy. We also grabbed an Hawaiian Classic Poke Burrito which was jam packed with Ahi Tuna! Everything was so fresh and tasty. Are you vegan, vegetarian, gluten free... they have options for you here! Their "build your own" option gives you 100s of combinations you can put together. Lastly - these guys have a dining room that is open and they are on all of the major delivery apps! *Tip- For you raw seafood lovers check out the Hawaiian Ahi and Spicy Ahi. They are both crowd pleasers. Don't care for raw? Check out the Ginger Chicken with Kale noodle ... it's so amazing!"
