"RUN! Do not sign up with these losers. The company that we used to have went out of business and these guys took over and tried to say there was no way out of a contract that we never signed. We Got lawyer through the NC dept of consumer affairs involved. They lied repeatedly. Billed us for all kinds of fraudulent things. We have proof they lied on several occasions and billed us on scam charges. Had an excuse for every shortfall in service, and all season long we had dirty bathrooms and pool. Only came once a day, if at all. Billed us for 2. To this day they owe us thousands in refunds. A reputable business, with good customer service would never have to trap people in a no way out contract."

"I've worked with SCMG for a few years now. One of the first things that impressed me was the speed in which they can handle renovations and repairs. One of the pools they service is on the roof of a 16-story building in downtown Raleigh. On a Monday, their board notified the GM that the pool heater was down. On the Friday of that week, the GM, his wife, and I took the replacement heater in the elevator and carried it the rest of the way to the pump room to be installed. In a week's turnaround, the pool heater was back operational and the pool received a year-round permit."

"As spoke to Dan over the phone about Swim Club Services and met with Corey in person. Have to say, I was pretty impressed in a short amount of time. it just so happens that our community’s water fountain was not working. Our existing pool mgmt company had an electrician come out and give us a diagnosis and a rather expensive quote, not to mention about a week delay to fix. Corey assessed the problem and had an electrician out to our community pool within the hour, diagnosed the problem and had it resolved by 9 am the next day! Corey is experienced and knowledgeable and Swim Club is luck to have him. I look forward to working with him and his company!"

"I have worked for Swim Club Management Group for the past 7 years as a lifeguard and manager at different facilities around the Triangle. As an employee, SCMG has always treated me with respect while giving me opportunities to move up each summer to new leadership positions. SCMG provides training continuously throughout the summer to make sure that lifeguards do not forget the importance of our job. SCMG teaches employees the valuable lessons that come with having a job. As a 15 year old getting my first job, SCMG encouraged me to advocate for myself without my parents which made me more independent in other aspects of my life. The General Manager, Cory Baldwin, takes the time to learn the names of each lifeguard in our area. SCMG not only advocates for their employees but they listen. They ask for feedback and provide guards with fun rewards throughout the season to congratulate them on their hard work. The reason that lifeguards come back each summer to work for SCMG is because of the connections that are created each year. The friends that I have made at SCMG are lifelong friends."
