"Came in to buy a sport coat- and maybe a shirt. Alex immediately greeted us, sized my son, and helped us find a good looking sport coat that my son felt good in. My son mentioned wanting a button down- but that he didn’t want anything wild. Alex picked out the perfect shirt!!!! He was amazing!!!! Great experience and will definitely be back."

"Not cool, not cool indeed. Take time away from work to go pick up tuxedos for one wedding and get fitted for a suit for another wedding and here we sit 57 minutes past opening time and the manager is no where in site. I say the manager because a young man in a shirt and tie is standing in front of the store telling folks the store isn’t open yet, his manager hasn’t shown up to open it yet, and there must be a problem. Now he is out leaning on a car in the parking lot after talking to whoever is inside. All of the other Mens Wearhouses are open around the area, yes I called them all. No idea as of now, 11:01 am whether they are going to open or not. All my jobs I’ve ever had I have had my managers phone number, why is that not the case here? 11:11 am: 1 hour and 11 minutes passed opening, the employee out on the curb is now saying one manager has been contacted and they are in a meeting, um y’all should discuss hours and punctuality at all of your stores. The other manager, still can’t get them on the phone. 11:20: okay, I have other people depending on me so we shall drive across town to another location for wedding two and I’ll come back for wedding one tux. I do not want to let those down that will be waiting on me unlike someone else I know! Went from 3 stars to 2 while sitting here for 58 minutes. Wait! 11:22 as I was backing out of the parking spot, the manager showed up running to the door."

"Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. Do not rent from this location. Paid 200 dollars to rent a suit for a wedding and the shirt they gave me was like a dress. When I asked them if they could fix this they told me no and made me PURCHASE a shirt myself that would fit. Stay clear of this mw"
