"The majority of my wife and 2 daughter’s wardrobe is Athleta. We did some Christmas shopping in September and one of the pair of pants we bought our daughter didn’t fit. When we tried to return/exchange them today and were told by the Store Manager that they had a strict return policy and there wasn’t anything we could do besides call the online number. What poor customer service!!It’s obvious the pants were never worn and still have the tags on them. I’ll never shop at Athleta again."
"I've always been a big fan of Athleta's tops and sports bras, but their yoga pants pill quite a lot after just a few wears if you have thighs that touch (which is most women). Very disappointing to find out on my visit this weekend that the items I purchase the most from them are largely not available in stores - sports bras. You used to walk in and they were lining the walls. Now they have a single rack of them. One of the primary reasons I purchased from them was because I could get something last minute - which is hard when you have a large bust and small ribcage and need a bra made for larger cup sizes. Now that I will have to order online, Athleta has lost their advantage since a variety of brands make sports bras that come with more specific sizing if I must wait on them to be shipped. All that to say, the store has lost its draw for me."
"Came in the store today to purchase something and had a question in regards to any sales and when asking an associate I was met with terrible disgusting behavior where the employee was blatantly rude and disrespectful. It was to the point that I had to call them out about it and even then the employee showed no sign of remorse or empathy. Management should teach the teenage employees there some respect and manners. We put back the item and went to LuLu Lemon, where the employees treat customers with the utmost respect. I’ll never shop at Athleta again."
