"First of all, the customer service was awful! No greeting/hello when you walk in (That was my 1st sign I should have left). The young lady overcharged for service and did an awful job on my daughter's hair. She tried to charge me $100 (price clearly states $40) for a blow out on a 9-year-old with hair that didn't even touch her shoulders! Worst of all she didn't even style it!! It also was weighed down with oil. Worst experience ever!"

"Absolutely amazing experience today!! The ladies were so very patient with me and my little family during my self care visit today for a blow out! I havent had my natural hair professionally done in some time but so happy I decided to stop by. From the minute I walked in they were very warm/welcoming to the amazing shampoo and condition to the quality of the blow out and trim I am SOOO pleased! I would definitely recommend them and will be returning. Thank you!!"
