"I truly have no complaints other than the lack of amenities such as a pool and gym. The apartment itself is quite nice for the price. The leasing office is usually nice and helpful. Maintenance responds to issues very quickly. Usually the same day or the day right after!!"
"I lived here two years in college. The place is cheep but you get what you pay for. The maintenance team is very on top of things if something major goes wrong. For example broken washer or the AC goes out. Our unit had cockroach problems which was not great as well as other bugs but we were on the first floor so not sure if that makes a difference. Switch management agencies after a year. There were both fine if you had any serious problems. You can often get woken up by loud music. We found a 9mm shell casing in the parking lot one time. Primary services college students and lower income people."
"I've lived here for nearly a year now. Even though it's a low quality place to live, it's still a decent value for rent. PROS: I haven't noticed any bug problems Plenty of parking space available There are 3 city bus stops within a minute's walk of the complex Conencted by sidewalk to 2 nearby gas stations and a shopping center on Lake Wheeler Rd CONS: There is no way to walk to the NCSU campus from here There is often garbage, food spills, dog poop, vomit, and cig butts lying around the ground The blinds aren't very effective at keeping light out, you'll need to invest in some curtains There is no cold water in the showers The ground floods easily and you can find the sidewalk path to your building cut off by a 12 inch deep puddle pretty frequently Noise travels very easily The stairs, outdoor platforms, and doors are very creaky"
"It's a free for all here constant parties vandalism trash everywhere people throw food out of the windows. And to top it all off some of the buildings are in flood planes so if you live on the bottom floor don't put anything on the floor. And don't ask management to fix anything. they won't. And if maintenance goes in your room you have to be there the whole time or they will trash the place."
