"The LINE!!! ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS!!!! But it's 3-4 employees working and only one at the register. When you ask them to open another register which you shouldn't have to, it's attitude."

"Kim is the most rudest, unfriendly individual I have ever encountered at this location. My daughter and I were in the store on Saturday, May 6, 2023 to pick up a few items. The line was long with only one Cashier on the register as per usual. Fine, as I am extremely patient and that is typically the norm. Kim was standing near the balloons. I politely said, "Hello, I will be purchasing balloon #'s 127 & 531 if you would please blow them up, I will gladly take them to the register to check out as my daughter is in line." She replied without looking at me and said get in line, tell the cashier and she will tell me." I said again, "My daughter is in line and I was simply trying to be proactive since the Cashier is swamped with the line down two aisles." This lady could give two shakes. While, I understand decent help is difficult to find this days, this particular individual is in the wrong line of profession. I have overheard how she spoke to other employees throughout the store in the past and she is undeserving of being employed there, let alone in a Leadership role of any sort. Unfortunately, this is the only Dollar Tree in this rural area my family and I reside in, so of course we will be back to shop. However, I would like to acknowledge Crystal. She is always exceptional."

"Purchase snacks at your own risk. Check carefully to see if they are spoiled. They did not let me exchange mine due to this. I went to the car open up my doughnuts and walked back in. I was told they don't take food back when it's open with or without a receipt and no exchanges either."

"The store is dirty but the bathroom is gross! No baby changing table, I had to use wipes to clean a place on the FLOOR to change my sons diaper! There was a few employees stocking and 1 on the register, the 1 on the register called over the loud speaker for some help and the employees stocking yelled back "we don't have a code 2", laughed and continued joking and the cashier tried again to ask for help after having about 15+ customers in line. Very unprofessional and completely rude. 5 employees, at once, came out to the front sidewalk, right next to the door, to smoke."
