"Scheduler at PT office very rude and unprofessional when I called to setup my OT therapy. She was putting me on hold as she spoke to the therapist so my opinion both rude and unprofessional. I have to have the first 2 visits in Charlotte due to no appointments in Monroe and I wanted to schedule the other appointments in Monroe. Scheduler wanted to schedule one appointment till after evaluation even though I would already have had 2 appointments. I said then no appointments for Jan will be available and she goes we can double book. No thank you I will just drive to Randolph Rd to a professional office."
