"We had a liner replaced last year from Holiday Pools. Keith didn’t stay while the water was filling up, so he could make sure there weren’t air pockets in liner. The liner looks terrible! There are air pockets around the entire pool. He told us he would be back to fix it. That was a year and a half ago. We have tried calling him several times and no answer. We have called the store several times and got the “oh we will get back with you”. Also went up there and got the same reply. I usually don’t give reviews so negative but this has been ridiculous."
"In the past they had helped me get my pool clear. This year zi have been here twice to get my pool cleared from being cloudy. They tested my water both times and gave me what they said I needed to clear it. Nothing they gave me has worked. I’m dissatisfied"
"We purchased an above ground pool secondhand last year and this company has helped me and answered questions even though they didn’t sell us the pool. They’ve helped with chemical questions, new pool, liner, pump questions etc. Very friendly staff definitely recommend. Thanks Rebecca & Jeff Adkins"

"Holiday Pools are awesome and have earned my respect !and business! I had some issues with my sand filter that was purchased online and they took the time to help me even though the purchase was not from them. In the future I will use holiday pools for my needs even if it's a couple dollars more than Amazon. Let's support our local business! Especially when they support our local community when they really didn't have to."
