"Normally I would give more than one star, but I’m gonna give them one star because I don’t wanna give them any stars. I’m disappointing it on the treatment that I receive as being a patient here since I moved here in North Carolina I’ve been making appointments at this place for a couple years and now recently I’ve been trying to make appointment for my health to see what’s going on with my health condition that’s really serious and these people reschedule my appointment over four times. No kind of consideration for a human. I’m trying to be seen instead of going into the emergency room where my health provider is at I’m trying to be seen and I can’t be seen because my appointments keep on getting rescheduled and pushed back, I’m definitely going to another health provider"
"First time there yesterday. The staff was great. And doctor Brooks was so kind and helpful and the nurses were wonderful. I highly recommend them."
"I've had a good experience at this office and I like that at the hospital all the ladies are from the office so I know almost all workers. I'm due 9/30/22 with my 4th pregnancy and I've had no issues with this facility at all nor with the workers. Also Mrs Canady is a great doctor and gentle during any checkups. I recommend them before the health department even though they have different types of help for the patients and the and babies such as free car seats and all kind of other free things but at this office they have help as well for needy momsfor moms"
"I got a mirena put in, in January. By April this devices moved and is tearing my insides apart. I made an appointment with them to remove it. They couldn't locate it and sent me to the hospital to get an ultrasound. Ultrasound confirmed that it's still inside me out of place. They want me to go back and get another ultrasound, instead of trying to remove it. It's gonna take surgery to remove it and now they won't even answer there phone. I've been to 2 ERs and called every female doctor around and nobody will help me. 2 months they've known about this. Shame on y'all!"
