"This business is a huge disappointment. I called Monday and wanted to set up an appointment. Almost every counselor was not accepting new patients. The woman I spoke to said she’d email a counselor and get back to me. I gave her all my insurance information , but no call back. I finally called back three hours later and everything was set up without telling me! One problem: I don’t have a clue how to do online appointments. I’m an older lady and my computer knowledge is limited. Why wasn’t I told that it was online only? I wasted all that time and could have found someone else. Thanks for adding to my stress, Carolina Counseling!"
"It’s very hard to make an appointment. They get make mistakes (this happened several times) That is my biggest gripe about this place. Communication is key and they couldn’t get it together. The second gripe is I made an appointment for my daughter last week and the therapist we made that appointment with called a couple days later and cancelled. Not worth the hassle."

"I would give zero stars if it was an option. Tried to make an appointment today for my young daughter. Provided our tricare health insurance info but didn't have our BCBS info on hand and they REFUSED to even make an appointment for her without both sets of insurance (I did not have the BCBS Card with me) - I explained that I would get the card and call them back in the morning, if they could please just schedule us an appointment and again the woman REFUSED to even schedule an appointment, she said both sets of insurance are needed before even being allowed to make an appointment."
