"**Update** Josh reached out and had the team come back to complete the job properly and did a good job. Overall satisfied with project. Original: Josh was very knowledgeable, though extremely busy and sometimes forgot to reach out when he said he would, but the team that came to do the work was not. The team did not even know the scope of their job when they arrived and asked us what they were supposed to be working on which was not a good start. I honestly should have ended the job there. The team did not contain the moldy area nor did they wear any PPE gear while removing the moldy materials which means they do not understand the health risks of mold and to someone like me who is very health aware and sensitive to mold. They also left tape over a couple air vents which caused staining around the vent due to the escaped cold air. They did not clean up after they completed the work leaving ceiling residue on the floor beneath each vent of our home and dust all over the bathroom where the mitigation was. The cost was low, but the work was just mediocre so it’s hard to recommend."

"I got a quote from a different, very popularly-used company for work to be done and was astonished at how much they wanted to charge us. Then I found AdvantaClean. The other company was slow to come, the office employee was not polite, and the price was exorbitant. Everyone with whom we dealt at AdvantaClean - Julie in the office, Josh who came to assess, and the two kind workers who came to do the job - displayed professionalism, efficiency, promptness, and great customer service. "Great Company! AdvantaClean recently helped us out recently with our sump pump that was installed prior to us moving in. Our sump pump alarm was sounding underneath the house and based on positive local word of mouth, we called AdvantaClean. They were incredibly responsive. As soon as we called Julie, we received a warm welcome to the area and Josh came out to diagnose the issue. At first we thought the pump motor had failed, but Josh carefully inspected and it only needed proper cleaning to be back up and running. He explained everything in detail with a great base of knowledge. This company is honest. In today's day and age, you see people making a quick buck and possibly repairing something that has an easier resolution. Nice to see they were here to help, not just adding another invoice. Things are working great now and we will be calling them back if we need any service under our house."

After purchasing the home they installed a moisture barrier and implemented corrective action to divert water away from the home. The technician, Josh, was friendly and knowledgeable when reviewing his findings.
