"My box truck has been at this shop since the end of June. They have told me it was fixed once. I picked it up and not even 10 minutes down the road it broke down again. They got it back to their shop and it has been being diagnosed since then. The rep that I have been dealing with now tells me they can't fix it because it's a gas engine. It's confusing because they knew that before I got it towed there. They don't communicate at all. I only get updates when I call. I have been awaiting a phone call from the new manager that was checking on a few things. At this point I lost extreme confidence in their ability to handle my repair. I just need my truck repaired or a recommendation as to who can."

"THESE PEOPLE ARE GREAT! TRULY AWESOME! I worked with the folks at this location to get tires for my RV. In my case, I was pointed to Snider by the Freightliner service center in Gaffney, SC, about an hour-ish further south on I-85, because while the Freightliner service center would install the tires, they don't sell tires...but Snider does, and will deliver. I worked with Matt and Derek, and both were excellent, but I have to particularly call out Derek as a SUPERSTAR in customer service. When there was some confusion because of how Michelin substitutes tires over the years, Derek actually drove down to the Freightliner center and talked with them face-to-face to make sure that what they were putting on my RV were in fact the right thing. That kind of customer service is SUPER RARE any more, and I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you work with these folks whenever you can. And to Derek...THANK YOU so much."

"Definitely would recommend it if you're in need of tires or breaks and passing through. There easy to access from the interstate and have plenty of room for any vehicle. I was there and my service was excellent. The technicians immediately came out can take a look at my vehicle diagnose it give me a price quote. The work was so good that I was released before the time that I was expecting and the price was even less because they adjusted the quote based on the actual price of the parts needed. I appreciate their honesty and being up front. They didn't have to tell me about the prices of the parts they could have charged me the quote."
