The Calligraphy Centre, located at 117b Reynolda Village Way in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, is a hub for all things calligraphy. Specializing in wedding invitations, certificates, envelope addressing, and other social and business types of calligraphy, the Centre also offers special commissions for unique artworks. The Centre is home to a complete lettering and graphic design studio, where artists Joyce and John create logos, calligraphy, and lettering for brand identity, packaging, book jackets, and documents. Classes in calligraphy are offered throughout the year in Joyce's studio, welcoming beginners to learn the art of beautiful lettering. Joyce also teaches at various venues across North Carolina, including the Sawtooth School of Visual Arts. Additionally, the Centre hosts the well-known Cheerio Calligraphy Retreats twice a year in the picturesque Blue Ridge mountains of North Carolina. Participants have the opportunity to study and work with world-renowned calligraphic and book artists in a serene and inspiring setting.
