I also went back and took advantage of the wedding group credit where I was able to get a suit for almost free. Highly recommend this store."

"I walked into this shop struggling with getting everything together for my child who is going to be attending a big Military Ball; all that remained on my list of things still to get was some fancy Gold Cufflinks! Luckily when asking the employee working at checkout whether or not these came individually (as opposed do buying many), he showed genuine care by inquiring as why someone would need such product before even telling him what it cost - making both our days much brighter & happier after finding out how helpful giving complimentary items can feel without any ulterior motive other than kindness"

"Avoid at all costs. In particular the manager Nathan is not only inept but rude as well. I went to try on a group rental tuxedo Wednesday, before leaving town Friday at noon for the event (this timeline was communicated multiple times during my visit). Upon trying on the tuxedo shirt, in addition to being poorly pressed and dingy, the sleeves were also 1” too short. I once again communicated that I had to leave town at noon and picking up at another men’s warehouse at my destination was not an option due to strict timeline with wedding activities upon arrival. I was told it would most likely be there Thursday and to not worry. Thursday night comes around and still have heard nothing about the arrival of my shirt. I had to call the store multiple times as somehow every time I called and was put on hold to “investigate” the line became disconnected. Finally Nathan stayed on the phone long enough to tell me that my options were to wait or purchase a shirt on my own dime. When I told him neither was an acceptable option, he hung up on me. I went back to the store for pickup, and when I looked at the shirt Nathan had picked for me to buy IT DIDN’T EVEN MATCH THE RENTAL TUX SHIRT! It was totally different and impassable to wear with others who are supposed to be wearing the same tux. On top of the garbage quality clothing they sell, with customer service like this it’s easy to see why Men’s Warehouse is nothing more than a nostalgic relic."

"Derrick provided top quality customer service and met all of my attires needs. He gave multiple options and my selection and was patient as I made my decision. He was quite entertaining and will be back for all of my business attire needs. Highly recommend seeing him at this location. The manager had personable skills too.
