"Dwayne was in Highlands when he returned my call from this morning. Within an hour they arrived here in the NW area of Lake Glenville. He and his co-worker were quick and efficient. They pumped out the septic tank and replaced a missing “T” to the drain field. Knowledgeable and informative."
"We had a drainage problem & it turned out to be our septic tank was full. We couldn’t get anyone to come out quickly, but Morgan agreed to come in spite of being an hour away in Sylva. They had to dig around and unearth the entire slab top. They were able to determine that our drain field had failed & the whole system needs replacing. We were so grateful for their willingness to help as we had been without toilets & showers for nearly a full week. Dwayne & his co-worker are the real deal."
"I made 5 phone calls hoping to find a company to pump the septic tank on a home we bought in Sapphire, NC. Either nobody answered, got voicemail and no return call or didnt serve Sapphire area, until that 5th phone call. Only reason it was my 5th was because Morgan Septic is in Sylva, I incorrectly thought that would be to far. I was wrong. Mr. Morgan answered on my first attempt, we had a brief conversation, he services Sapphire area. He gave me a date and alerted me when he would be at our house. He sent me a text message when he was on his way. Dwayne Morgan is polite and does what he says. Im thankful he made it out to us before a bigger issue occurred, as we did not know the service history of the tank, and it was for lack of better terms "FULL". We were doing as preventative maintenance. Dwayne and Jim repaired the disintegrating "t-drain" at what I thought was very reasonable price. Pumped the tank at again , a very reasonable price and probably saved me thousands down the road. I would highly suggest Morgan Septic for your needs. Also anyone that gives 1 star reviews with no explanation as to why they are leaving it 1 star, should be ignored. Im glad I ignore those and went with Dwayne."
