"I was quoted to have my septic installed in two to three weeks but it took four months. I had to keep texting and calling to ask when it would be done and kept being told in the next week or two. So two weeks turned into 16 and I was obviously disappointed with the level or professionalism. The system was finally installed after I told Manuel I was thinking of using someone else. If it is going to take four months then just tell me right away. Bad communication throughout the process."
