"I had to get a script filled that my doctor called in, but my insurance wouldn’t cover. The first person I got in the pharmacy was no help at all. She acted like it would be impossible and my doctor would have to be called again. After thinking about this, I called again, because my script was there, and talked to Scott. I told him I’d pay it myself and I’d look for a coupon. He told me that would work! He also found a coupon which he applied to my script and got it ready ASAP. What a difference in assistance. Thank you Scott for going the extra mile and for knowing what you were talking about."

"Had a kid with an ingrown toenail an the urgent care physician said to soak it but didn’t say with what. I stood at the consultation widow for just a minute when a very friendly pharmacist came over. I explained my situation and he made a couple of suggestions. He told me he would show me where the products were as soon as he finished on the counter. I went to the isle he suggested on my own and in a couple of minutes he was making his way to where I was. The isle was crowded and a lady said excuse me let me let you by to him. He responded not at all, we are here for you. Such an awesome comment. He then helped me pick out what I needed and I was on my way. Wish I would have gotten his name. All I know is he was supper friendly and had an interesting accent. Great experience."
