"Lake Forest was such a blessing for my child. Unfortunately when we moved out of state, the school here was unable to provide her with what she had there and managed to deconstruct all the positive results we had there and I had to remove her from public school. We miss Lake Forest!"
"My autistic, hyperactive, quick tempered son attended LFA 5-6 months 2016-2017 school year. He had been sent to LFA because of his increasingly violent outbursts in his"regular" middle school. In about a month, his behavior became about 60% improved. Improvements at school and home continued throughout his time at Lake Forest. He finished 7th grade there and now is in 8th at his previous main stream middle school. He has continued to thrive! I'm so grateful to the staff at LFA. He was transformed and I couldn't be more proud of him! I do want to say, when he first started LFA I did butt heads with a couple of staff, however I kept a clear head and open mind. I haven't read other reviews, so I cannot comment on what others said. All I know is after a bumpy start, I came to understand that the staff were only interested in making a lasting change in my son's life. I am very happy with all the staff did to help him flourish!"
