"My wife and I accidently showed up not knowing it was by appointment but Josh, calmly told us it was okay which was amazing because we live pretty far out and would have wasted our trip. "I am amazed at how quickly and nice the service was! Yesterday Sunday, at around 3 pm I was stressed trying to find a king size mattress that was needed quickly. I saw the reviews on direct outlet mattress Raleigh and was sure we'd get one from here. I called, Josh answered quickly. I have no knowledge about mattresses so I kind of explained what I had in mind. He sent me a couple of photos of some mattresses, we chose one and in less than an hour the mattress arrived at our apartment. It was raining and I felt terrible about the delivery with that weather, but we were helped with what seemed something that would take a week to purchase and are grateful for it. I saw no one else but Josh, not sure how he brought the mattress up to the 3rd floor. Last night I slept like a baby, will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family. "I don’t usually write reviews but I want to share my experience with Direct Outlet and specifically with Josh. I am in the process of setting up our playroom for our two granddaughters. One lives in Ohio and the other in Los Angeles so they don’t get here very often so I was looking for good but inexpensive mattresses for the twin beds. I met Josh at the store and bought two memory foams at a great price, and Josh told me it might take up to 72 hours for them to fully expand. One expanded fully in a day but the other one was tapered on both ends and never fully expanded. I called Josh and the next day he delivered another mattress to my house. He went above and beyond in my opinion. You just can’t beat service like that. It was a pleasure meeting Josh and a great experience!"
