"Very unprofessional and unreliable don’t go to this hair lady if you don’t want to be disrespected by her not caring about anyone’s time but her own. My wife has been coming to her from Columbia South Carolina and I take off work to take her like I normally do and 30 minutes before the appointment she canceled on my wife because of car trouble. It is 2024 now they don’t make unreliable cars anymore you charge my wife up to $1000 for her hair but can’t afford a car that starts. This hair salon is in charlotte there are Ubers everywhere if she had any respect for other peoples time she would’ve said she’s running late and has to get a Uber. Now my wife is upset because I’m making her find someone new to do her hair. If you’re reading this Shelby you owe me $600 dollars for me missing a days worth of work."
