About the Business

Imagine Youth Theater is a workshop-based musical theater program located at 250D Olmsted Boulevard in Pinehurst, North Carolina. The institution offers a variety of workshops throughout the season, culminating in performances at The Pergola in the Village Arboretum. The workshops cover acting, singing, blocking, and choreography specific to the production, and are open to students in grades 8-12.

In addition to the regular workshops, Imagine Youth Theater also offers a Summer Workshop Intensive for rising 8th graders to recent high school graduates, running from July 8-28. Auditions are held prior to the workshops, with all participants guaranteed a role in the production.

For younger students, Imagine Youth Theater Jr provides workshops for grades 3 and up, as well as a Summer Stock program. The institution is always looking for talented instructors, staff, and support personnel, and interested individuals can submit their resumes to chat@taylordance.org.
