"The pedi went great, but when we moved over to the basic manicure. They got a bit busier, and the guy started to rush. He left nail polish on my fingers in several places. That's not the worst part, though. He RUBBED his nose with his hands and then went back to me without washing his hands at all. When I was checking out, he tried to hit the tip button for me as well. I stopped him there and told him I had it. (I did tip). I hate to leave bad reviews but feel it's warranted in this case. Don't think I'll be back"

"I did not have the greatest experience. Overall, I was happy with certain aspects, but there were other things that were really not very great. Firstly, the finished product is a bit atrocious when you look at from the profile perspective. There was no Apex built into my nail and I thought maybe it would develop as it was dremeled and I was wrong. I don’t have an Apex on any of my nails and a divot is significant enough that I will probably have to get them redone or removed. What really upset me was the bedside manner. I don’t pretend to be super knowledgeable about everything and that’s why I asked questions. I said I would like a Chef somewhere between rounded and an almond, which I guess is known as an oval. But when I said, are you going to like make these little bit more lean (because I have very wide nail beds and I thought she was going to make them less rounded), I was met with something like make up your mind. What do you actually want and I was like what I showed you in the pictures that you’re not doing lol. OK whatever. Then there was the fact that I told her my fingers randomly tense up, so I’m not trying to be difficult. I’m not even looking at the work she’s doing. And so she actually stopped and said “would you like to be doing this?” I wasn’t doing anything to be rude, literally I just have twitchy fingers. So I wasn’t really comfortable speaking up when it came to a lot of this like I wasn’t going to ask her to redo every finger nail that didn’t have an Apex on it. After the attitude I was shown that I was treated like an idiot kind of. I didn’t want to walk out with have finished fingers, because I am leaving in less than 24 hours and I didn’t have a lot of options. Under different circumstances, I might have said something, but honestly, I felt like the rudeness was inappropriate. I don’t know that she meant to be rude, but it definitely came off that way. I am almost under the impression that the poor job done on creating a nail shape like an apex might’ve been a result of thinking I don’t know what to look for in a good nail job. But I do know what good work looks like and that’s why I’m very disappointed that I ended up with these divot fingers. I just want everyone to be aware that I am incredibly kind. So none of the rudeness I was met with was warranted whatsoever. And I also think she should have looked at the apex and said I didn’t do this right. I shouldn’t have to stop someone and say, “wait, this is not what a proper job is supposed to look like.” Especially given the “do you want to do my job” comment which made me feel especially less comfortable giving any kind of feedback Finally, there was an accidental smudge on my gel pedicure. I don’t even need to go into that because I can handle accidents and Woopsie‘s. I don’t like rudeness and being made to feel like I’m dumb because I’m asking questions from a professional. So the three pictures I’m going to share, are the rounded shape I got that I didn’t want, the shape that I want that I made when I got home with my own nail file, and the view from the side where you can see the really bad job not creating an apex. I absolutely hate leaving negative reviews because it’s not some thing I like to do, I don’t want to mess with anyone’s livelihoods. But no person should come in asking questions to a professional, they met with some kind of cynicism or sarcasm or whatever, and then leave with a subpar product. If I had more time, I would come back. If I had more confidence after being made to feel stupid, I would’ve said some thing. I know that’s on me. Just please take what I’m saying, and understand that this is a moment to grow as a business. Finally, I was charged $135 for a gel pedicure, a terrible powder, dip, manicure, with no skin care at all, like cuticle, removing, and an upper lip wax. For $135, this should have been perfect. That is an obscene amount of money for something that needs to be fixed and completely re-done as soon as possible. If I trusted going back, I would, but I won’t."

"Went in and specifically asked for no gel and was given gel and charged . Was given a pedicure but they didn’t even soak my feet, the cut my cuticle twice and then gave the absolute worse paint job I have ever seen. When I got to check out they charged me double then what I had asked for. Don’t waste your time."

"I brought my friend here to get her nails done for the first time and I couldn’t be any happier with the results! The lady who did my nails is super sweet and gentle with my nails the whole time. I love the way she did the nails and the whole experience didn’t take long at all to get finished . Overall I will definitely be coming back to this salon whenever I need a new set! Can’t wait for my next experience here."
