"I remember this place used to be a decent nail shop... I went today to get a full set with gel polish, and I believe the owner did my nails. The job was rushed to say the least, I had to ask for her to go over my cuticles, and she was flinging my hand back and forth with the UV light as if she would rather be doing anything else. I had to ask her to make sure my nails matched on each hand, and when I got into my car and saw them in natural light, they were bumpy, uneven shaped, with globs of glue stick to the sides of my finger. I walked back in and asked her to re-shape them and remove some of the residue stuck to my hands. I told her I felt my service was rushed, she kept stopping to answer the phone and get up and do other things, and I wanted her to do was go back and refine and clean up the nails. She told me the glue stuck to my fingers needed to be there because it was a new set and the glue would wash off in a couple days and that the lumps and bumps where because of the shape of my nails. I don’t see how these nails can be fixed other than going somewhere else and taking them off. Will not be back."

"Everyone here was very nice and considerate! The price is fair and the service was quick! The nail tech working with my friend was very nice and understanding when she wanted to change color, and was helpful when asked her opinion! Our nails turned out great and we all will definitely return in the future."

"The last 2 soak off’s I’ve gotten here, they rushed, did not remove the majority of my nail, leaving some areas of polish and leaving them sticky and roughly filed while rushing and complaining about how thick they are, then I was pressured to pay cash when I wanted to use my card. It really depends who ends up doing your nails, some of the workers are awesome and pay attention to detail, but the last two times I’ve had to go home and use a file for hours to remove my nail residue after paying for removal here. I wanted to give it another chance but I obviously would not come back here anymore and would not recommend this place unfortunately."

"I got a french pedicure and it was good but then when i went to get my gel manicure it looks absolutely terrible, i am still cleaning gunk out for under my nails 2 hrs later and somehow i left with frayed cuticles and a hangnail when they were fine when i went in. They look so rushed and they have hard bubbles in them and overall im very embarrassed of them and i want to paint over them and hide them. Not only were they not what I wanted but they are literally unacceptable and hideous. They are see-through and sheer when i picked out a totally different color then what she used. Overall im very mad and my moms wedding is tomorrow so I am just extreme upset that this is going to ruin my look, im going back to press-ons. They were $50 yet looked like i did them in 5 minutes at home."
