"Measurements made by swinging contractor's tape around. No laser templating at all. Made slab, cutout and installation mistakes, did not communicate during the project to solve issues despite numerous requests to please call or text if there is an issue. When asked to correct errors, gets indignant and it's all the owner's fault. Becomes disrespectful and rude when things don't go his way. I paid $1,300 for two countertops and one of them will likely have to be replaced, but I am moving on. If you are looking for a modern, skilled and proactive installer who can work with you to get results, do not hire this guy."
