"Today was my first visit to “The Old Farm Shed”. Jennifer and Ms. Emily were the sweetest you’ll meet. First, I’d like to mention that I messaged the business page about 1 week ago, on an off day and got a response from Jennifer (rare for some businesses). Second she told me she had my size IN STORE (which is also rare-size 11)…later she followed up by sending me pictures of what styles were available. Considering the drive was a little over an hour it was helpful to know if it was worth the trip. From the time I walked in and departed, the customer service was spotless; and I stayed over an hour. Jennifer was very patient with me considering this style of fashion is new for me and I’ve never purchased cowboy boots or hats. I felt very comfortable, never felt rushed, in the way, or out of place. She really let me take my time considering how busy she was and how needy I’m sure I was. Ms. Emily assisted me to my truck with my bags and hugged my neck with kind words regarding the recent loss of my son. The experience was so great, I lost track of time and my budget. Definitely worth the trip and I will return. Beautiful and kind humans."
