"Was looking exchange an product, an young lady who wears glasses was gonna deny me an exchange with an unused/unopened product.. so they called their manger.. the manager said they aren’t allowed to take back those kind of products for the customer to toss it themselves but approved the exchange. After said & done the young lady refused to give back the product. She said “regardless we aren’t supposed to allow you to take it back, it’s a new product”, despite what the manager says. She thens take the product & told me she’ll cut it up. She also had a few rude remarks when she THOUGHT I left the building but I was mature enough to exit."
"Momo offered not only to help find what I was looking for in store but also called other Spencer’s in the area to cross check if they had any. Cannot express how amazing the customer service is here, everyone I’ve spoken to has been absolutely phenomenal. I appreciate y’all, come check this location out! So much more chill than mall Spencer’s and lovely folk who work here ✨ thank y’all!"
"This older cashier kept trying to push Spencer's stupid app even after my friend politely asked not to use a phone number (they weren't interested in downloading the app). He spoke condescendingly like my friend was stupid for not wanting to sign up. Then he tried to push some oil product and kept asking if my friend had some. My friend clearly wasn't interested and stated they used something else and he dramatically looked over at his coworker kinda like, "omg did you hear that" right in front of us. Completely unnecessary behavior - just move on with the transaction if a customer isn't interested, you don't have to act like a Mean Girl over it. Just really rubbed me the wrong way, we were so close to just walking out."
