"Justin was prompt, professional, and courteous; unfortunately the work he and his associate performed on our home was subpar at best. After the first day it was apparent that we were not going to have the results we were looking for and there was no communication beforehand that Justin couldn't provide the service we were looking for. There was also miscommunication on what we were wanting that didn't get added to the original quote and also miscommunication on the quote itself. Overall the experience was not what we were expecting and if we had known beforehand that there were going to be greater costs associated with what we wanted we could have made a more informed decision."

"When I contacted Bullock Home Repair, I got a great response from Justin. He and Elliot arrived at my house on time and began working to fix the parts of my bathroom that needed some help and repair after a leak under the vanity. Both of them worked hard with the changes that rose and needed to be fixed. They were very professional, but also very friendly and they listened to what I needed and they also offered many suggestions on how things could be handled. When Justin started on a new change on the walls or floor, he wanted to show me what was being done. Both men were very careful to make sure that I was happy with the work being done. I was! As the days went by, their hard work continued and each day they cleaned up the spaces where they had worked. They are both great gentlemen and very friendly and easy to work with. I enjoyed having them working in my home; they were polite. I would be glad to hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone else who needs good work done in their homes."
