"I honestly wish I could leave 0 stars. My partner and I were relocating from 2,000+ miles away and had done many virtual tours and had been assured by MULTIPLE people throughout the process that our unit would be remodeled and clean. Needless to say, when we arrived it was anything but clean. We immediately saw oriental cockroaches, or what they called “water bugs” crawling out of the dishwasher, microwave, and cabinets and when we expressed concern we were told they are “just attracted to water and it’s been raining.” We also found gloves from the supposed cleaning company in the drawers and numerous loose items on the floor and carpet indicating to us that it hadn't been cleaned AT ALL! After everything, we were told we should “feel lucky” they let us out of our lease. Do yourself a favor and never apply to this complex."
