Griffin Nissan Service Center

"I have one of the service managers a 3x5 index card with the things I needed checked and possibly fixed on my car when I took it in the 1st time. They only fixed 1 of 5 things, so I had to take it back, and they charged me ANOTHER diagnostic charge because the service manager didn't write down all 5 problems the 1st time. After keeping my car a total of 2.5 weeks in December (and charging me TWO diagnostic charges!), they STILL only fixed 1 of the 5 problems that were listed on the card I gave them when I dropped the car off the 1st time! Reply to Griffin Nissan response: 1) My complaint wasn't about the amount of time Griffin Nissan kept the car, but the fact that you did not fix the problems I initially asked to be fixed, and then charged me twice for those same problems. 2) The problem I had (the reason I had to take it back) WAS listed on the card I gave the service manager on my initial trip to the service department. 3) I talked to Jeremy. He informed me that the service technician, without even looking at my car, would remember EVERYTHING he did 3-4 weeks prior to our conversation because my car was the only 2001 Nissan Sentra he would have seen during that time. (He obviously has perfect memory recall! With a memory like that, he's wasted on the service industry!) 4) Griffin Nissan charged me a 2nd diagnostic charge to figure out what the problem was... A problem they did not fix the first time. But, in doing so, they broke the clamps that attach the handle trim to the door frame. Now, it simply lifts right off! I'd be afraid to take my car back to Griffin Nissan because I'm afraid of what else they'll break and try to charge me for!"

"Griffin Nissan is another great place to do business. They are very professional and will do everything in their power to make sure that you are happy with the service. All of the Griffin dealerships in Rockingham are great places to have your vehicle's serviced, get new tires, alignment, and major engine stuff done. Pretty much anything that needs to be done they are capable and willing to do. They even have a body shop that is awesome. They are remodeling the entire dealership. I'm excited to say that I have been involved in a very small part of it. Hawks Builders is the main contractor, and Mr. Jim with the Griffin Dealerships is the main person over the whole project. They have done a wonderful job on the design and the construction. I can't wait to see it finished."

Compared to other Nissan dealers, the Griffin location costs are more affordable. The staff are professional and friendly. They are knowledgeable and take the time to answer your questions. Clean and welcoming environment. I will most definitely return for services if a visit is warranted."

"Busy place, please work on customer service. Seem friendly to regular customers and if you are buying a car. This is business I know but to create or to get other customers it's goes a long way to treat everyone with respect. There was a little dispute when I called to check on my vehicle with the service manager who was frustrated that I was trying to get a clear understanding about addressing the problem. It could have been handled differently. I paid and left very upset."
