Eastover Ridge

"Loved this place when I first moved in 2 years ago. Since then it has gone down hill... CONS - The gate has been broken for 1 1/2 years (numerous car break-ins) - The other residents leave trash everywhere, are constantly playing loud music past 11pm, and the property constantly smell of cigarettes. - parking is hard to find past 4pm (have had to park in the back of the lot with little to no street lights) - Family parties take over the pools bringing large speakers and take up most of the seating (and are not friendly...) - Charges an $85 move out cleaning fee regardless if you clean the apartment PROS: - Large amount of square footage for the price - The staff is nice and the maintenance team is friendly -- they complete work orders pretty quickly - Complex backs up to nature preserve for walking As a single female I did not feel safe living in this complex. The rent prices are good but the living experience is not."

"I had a great experience touring this apartment complex. The price was pretty good for the location and the nature trail conveniently located behind the property were major pluses for me. Jennifer was friendly, knowledgeable, and consistent with communication. I thank her for her kindness and persistence during the touring process. Ultimately, I decided with to move elsewhere, but I still recognize this as a pretty decent living option. I would give this place a 7.80/ 10. It’s okay but the property is older and similarly priced with newer places. Also, I did not want an apartment facing the parking lot or road and that’s all that was available at the time of my interest."

"My family and I have been living here for years and we’ve enjoyed our stay. Anytime we have an issue Jenese at the leasing office makes sure it’s handled right away. We appreciate her willingness to help and how nice she is. She definitely cares about the residents. It’s a beautiful property and has two pools… the gym is amazing! We love it here!"
