The Care Collective Massage, Sauna & Foot Soak

"My friend and I came into today and were very impressed with the facility and happy with our service. The facility was very clean and beautifully decorated. We were immediately sat in the foot spa lounge and loved the heated chairs. Krizia gave me my foot soak. She was very knowledgeable and wonderful at her craft. She took time to explain each technique utilized. She incorporated hot stones and cupping and always made sure my water was extra hot (my preference). She truly went above and beyond to provide excellent service while being very kind. My friend and I then did the private infrared sauna with added red light therapy. You are given pretty much everything you need: cold towels, water, dry towels, robes, the option to add essential oils, a large and comfortable lounge area, and showers. The staff explained everything well and were friendly. We both feel awesome after leaving, and are hoping to continue feeling the effects over the next day or two. This is definitely an experience I would recommend to others and I will be back!"

"I celebrated my 60th birthday with 10 friends and The Care Collective was incredible to work with. They handled all the scheduling and kept us all happy and having a great experience while we were there. I know everyone had such a great experience and will definitely go back again. All the services were exceptional, the facility was beautiful and clean. Located away from the hustle and bustle of the center of Boone, so plenty of parking and even an underground garage which was nice since it was raining when we got there. We all were in and had our treatments between 830-1:30, and everyone got two services, so that was a challenge! Well done!"

"My friend and I booked a package with Care Collective while we were in town visiting for the weekend. We had a wonderful time. The facility is the epitome of tranquility. When you walk in you’re greeted by very friendly front desk staff. Then you’re taken to a waiting area complete with heated furniture and robes for bodies of all shapes and sizes (even plus size) which I appreciate. We were provided spa beverages and a charcuterie board filled with delicious snacks. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The saunas were a great experience and a cool add on to our spa day. Bayli Jo was my massage therapist for the foot soak and massage. She is a gem! She was definitely meant to be a massage therapist. It’s like her fingers new exactly where my body needed the most attention. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the Boone area. She made this experience a 10/10."

"We booked spa packages for six women on a Sunday morning to celebrate our friend’s upcoming marriage. It was a FANTASTIC experience! From the moment we arrived it was a relaxing and calming atmosphere. The package came with a 1 hour sauna session, 1 hour massage, food boards and wellness beverages. While three of our group got massages, the other three used the sauna lounge, and then we swapped. The facility was beautiful, comfortable, and clean, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Thank you Cynthia, Chandler, Bayli Jo, Anthony, and Aria! It was the perfect end to our bachelorette weekend and I would absolutely come back the next time I’m in the area."
