Jack in the Box

"Stopped here after a tour at the raceway. Food was pretty good, but the service was not the best I've ever had. We had to wait quite a while for our order to be taken. However, food ended up coming out fairly fresh and hot. So that was the highlight. Before our order was taken, they were having problems with the Coke freestyle drink machine. the drink machine was not working. People were having problems not getting their drink. after a while. Finally, someone came out and fixed it. This was my first time at Jack in the Box. Again, the food was okay, but I would not be rushing back. Also, for what we got, it seemed a bit pricy, although with inflation, most fast food is pretty expensive these days."

"I eat alot of fast food with my job and I was really excited to try Jack in the Box for the first time. Even though I'm quite disappointed in the service abd quality of food...I do plan to visit another location in the future hoping for a better experience. I was there at 11am to get a burger and fries. The dining room is closed, so when a meal was missing from my order, we had to wait through the long drive through line to get it fixed. Next two of our burgers were hardly warm and old, bread was stale, cheese wasnt melted and fries were rubbery and disappointing for all meals. I didn't have time to sit through the drive through again so we just left, hungry and disappointed."

"I know, fast food, but ... Neither the wife or I have been to a Jack in the Box for 20+ years, so we were looking for a little bit of nostalgia. It is nice to see a lot of the same, non-traditional, fast food menu items that we recall from our youth. We love the toasted sourdough bun (a hearken back to their So Cal roots) for the burgers. The burger was cooked perfectly and had nice crispy bacon in sufficient quantity to be able to taste it. The teriyaki chicken bowl is a favorite being a generous serving of rice, vegetables, chicken, and a delicious teriyaki sauce. The crispy egg roll was delectable. Staff was friendly and this particular location was not very busy so provided quick service. And they do make a delicious fast food milkshake. Thanks for the step back in time."

"My first visit to a Jack in the Box. They appeared to be short staffed. However, the manager on duty was courteous, and my food was great and prepared in a reasonable amount of time."

"The worst part was the line. It took a while to get acknowledged and there were no cars ahead of me but I ordered the sirloin burger. Good taste and flavor. Fries are always a necessity and great to have. I had the pineapple milkshake and the consistency and taste were top notch. I need more in my area and I will miss them. Always a great spot for a military discount."
