"Couldn't have been a better experience. Brought the kids in for mattresses for them and me. Jeff was extremely helpful, gave us great prices and pointed us in the direction of deals. Once delivered, one of the mattresses felt off. I thought I was losing my mind because it's hard to recall how something felt in the showroom vs days later when actually sleeping on it, but talked with him and he recommended I come by the warehouse to check out another mattress of the same make and model. Turns out the one originally delivered had something wrong with it. Jeff came back out and delivered the other one and couldn't have been more understanding throughout the experience. "Wonderful experience and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cape Fear Bedding & Mattress. I called late Thursday evening (~6 pm) for a new mattress and spoke with Stephen. I knew what I wanted, and I was lucky that they had my choice in stock and my new bed was delivered before lunch the next day (on Good Friday, nevertheless). There was no pressure on the sales side, and Stephen was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. When they called to let me know they were on their way, I had moved my old mattress to make space, and I discovered that one of the box springs was cracked. I quickly called Stephen to see if I could add a new box spring set to my order; the team turned back around to the warehouse and added this to my delivery. Thank you so much again!"

"I am very satisfied with my experience with Cape Fear Bedding. I was referred by my brother, who also purchased his mattress from CFB a few years ago. I called the store and spoke to Gerry, who was very helpful in giving non-biased opinions and facts on the selection and brands they carried. After going to the store, I was surprised to find that Gerry was not pushy to make a sale like most other mattress stores are. He instead listened and gave his opinion on what they had in stock. He was open and honest when it came to pricing too. He allowed me time to look online to see what other retailers were pricing the same mattress for. He even helped me search online! I was reassured that he wanted to offer good customer service and help me get the best deal possible. We ended up purchasing a very nice mattress along with an adjustable base that were both delivered this week. The delivery guys were courteous and careful not to scratch the floors or walls up.
