"Order furniture beginning of December to be delivered before end of year. End of year came with no contact, called and was told that it would be January 4th before it would be in. That was fine. Arranged for delivery the following week between 3-5. Delivery driver arrived after arranged time and I was not there to help or inspect furniture. When I arrived back home I noticed a drawer was broken on dresser. When I further inspected I noticed a large whole in back of dresser and another small one on other side. I reached out multiple times online and called. I was advised to email David with description and photos. I promptly sent those over 3 days ago and have yet to hear a response. I didn’t pay 3k for furniture for it to be damaged. Poor customer service."
