Anna has always been easy to open up to because she speaks in a way that works best for me. She is thorough with her notes and remembers details that help us build a relationship and I feel really safe in her office. I started therapy to tackle one aspect of my life but when other aspects imploded, she was just as knowledgeable, patient, and skillful in her practice. I wish everyone had an Anna; we would be all the better for it. Don’t hesitate."

"I highly recommend Anna Thames counseling. I’ve never been the talkative or outgoing type but Anna and her team made therapy very easy for me. They got me through times I didn’t think I could get through and I’m very thankful for Anna and her team. They actually listen and care about their clients. I’ve recommended her counseling services to plenty of people and have only ever heard excellent things from the people I recommended. I never leave reviews but in my experience Anna and her team go above and beyond to help the people they see. This is the only counseling service Ill use and the only service I would set up for a loved one."

"My experience with Ashton, a counselor with Anna Thames has been highly disappointing. My mom saw Ashton during a time of crisis. Ashton was unprofessional in her line of questioning, could not keep up with her scheduled appointment calendar, and did not represent the professional boundaries expected from a therapist or counselor. This is further evidenced by her social media presence. Our family was hopeful and trusted that Anna Thames counseling and her staff would engage in highly professional, responsive, and educated therapy and counseling services, and were left disappointed and frustrated. Anna was kind and helpful in her responses, but her staff member, Ashton, did not reflect that same sentiment. I would recommend looking for other providers if you’re looking for a professional practice with well trained, licensed practitioners."
