"I wouldn't recommend this service, prices were exceptionally high which would have been fine had it not been for the terrible customer service by the "Senior Tax Personal" ZINAIDA. She was rude, pushy, and was not at all friendly. Maybe some of the worst customer experience ever. Additionally, when her supervisor gave her feedback she told me, and confronted me. Save money, go somewhere else....."

"Showed up 5 min early and wasn't seen until 40 min after my appointment. Was very rude and useless as far as help. Lazy, had no interest in looking up my previous account. She basically just wanted to get out. No help whatsoever. Was really disappointed and honestly livid. Won't be back and probably will go with another company next year. Been doing business with H&R for over 5 years. Sad to lose a loyal customer."
