"My son has been attending shinning light since 2017. We loved the school up until Covid. After the school opened back up they pretty much allowed as many children in as possible. Some of the classes have over 34 kids in the classroom. Most public school classes don't even have that many. Its disappointing because this private school environment now feels like a public school except we pay tuition."

"This school is an excellent place for children. The school staff is very attentive, kind and helpful. The Teachers are caring, kind and focused on helping children succeed in their academics as well as in their walk with GOD. Our family is very blessed to have found SLBA. We have four children attending (Elementary, Middle School and High School), and I love picking them up from SLBA and hearing how they all have something to share. My kids used to attend public school and there they encountered bullying, over-crowded classrooms, were exposed to inappropriate material, and were teased continually (sometimes even by teachers) because of their faith. To know that now our kids are now in an environment that encourages them to express their faith, to excel in academics, that comes along side of parents in helping strengthen children's foundation is a blessing and great relief. If you are searching and seeking an excellent education for your child and an environment where GOD is honored and your child will be taught to honor Christ and to Worship Him, this is the school."
"Daughter attended kindergarten and will be starting first grade at Shining Light. If you want a solid education filled with sound biblical teaching, then enroll your child in this school. So far my wife and I are very happy with SLBA."
