"I’d really give them Zero stars!!!!!! As a doctor you’re suppose to care for your patients. Here goodluck to get an appointment when needed, and medicine refills you can forget that too as it takes them a month or longer to answer your message on the portal. I say this because my Dr is my Dr and my daughters, he’s never in the office or he’s always on vacation Um sir you have a job!!! My daughter has been out of her inhalers for about a month , no appointments available and no one will answer our messages and when you do call your on hold for hours!! So be aware of this messed up place, certain doctors here are giving y’all a bad name while others are actually doing their jobs! Dr. Austin Bush is a very selfish man who never works or has appointments!! He needs action taken against him or he needs to lose his job!! Patients need to be seen!!!"

"My husband and I moved here in June 2023 from the west coast. One of my biggest concerns was finding good doctors, after leaving so many doctors (that we loved) behind. Dr. Leigh Baylor is pretty amazing, and I’m so grateful that we found her! She’s very thorough and she listens to your concerns. She’s caring and kind hearted, and so easy to talk to. If you message her, through the portal, she gets back to you rather quickly. The office staff & nurses are all very nice as well. The only issue that we’ve had (and it’s not even really an issue) is that when we check out, they always want to let us leave without collecting our copay. I always have to remind them of it. Otherwise, we’ve been extremely happy with the service and care at Atrium Health Primary Care!"
