She got right to work finding those painful spots that get bound. My pain was greatly reduced so I hit the chiropractor later that day while I was still loosened up. Connie is a master and she has built a great team here. I am certain that every member of the team would deliver quality service! You won’t regret that you came"

"I just had the best massage ever at Cumberland Massage Therapy. Conne was my massage therapist. She worked out a lot of my sore muscles and did trigger point therapy. I just moved to this side of town and am relieved to know that there is a fantastic massage place nearby. I will be booking regularly and recommend this place highly! Booking on their website is super easy because you can see everything that is available. Booking my appointment and the electronic form for intake was very simple to do. Upon arrival Conne greeted me and showed me to the massage room. She took a few moments to confirm what I was looking for in a massage. She explained undressing and other things that I think would have been very helpful if somebody was brand new to getting massages. I appreciated her explanations even though I have had many massages before. The whole experience was one that I would highly recommend to new people. My massage was phenomenal and I was impressed that for a small lady, Conne is powerful and has a lot of strength in her hands. I appreciated it because I wanted a firm massage. She addressed all of my sore areas and I felt a very noticeable difference after my massage. I asked Connie how long she has been massaging, and it is very evident she has been a massage therapist for 25. Her technique and keen knowledge of the human body is obvious!"

"Very knowledgeable about aromatherapy! Massage was painful but needed! I got the neuromuscular massage because of severe neck and back pain. When I left I was massage drunk and pain-free. I also suffer from "hot flashes" so getting a massage definitely triggers them. However, Connie kept the fan on for me and put the covers on in a way that maintained my privacy yet maximized my cooling. Even gave me a aromatherapy blend to help with those nasty flashes.
