"First Things first every animal was adorable! & I always love to bring more exposure to pet stores. I have a big platform and want to come back and give insight to those who are searching for a pet. Do you guys allow video recording? cause I would love to give more exposure to give the pet’s opportunity for a new home."

"I recently had the pleasure of visiting Let's Pet, and my overall experience was positive. The staff was welcoming, the service was commendable, and the store boasted a diverse array of animals and products. However, a couple of issues gave me pause during my visit. My primary concern arose when I purchased a Zoo Med humidifier, only to discover later that it didn't work. Comparing prices, I found the same product brand new on Amazon for $74, while I paid $80 at Let's Pet for it used. It would be great to see Let's Pet align its prices more closely with online competitors to offer customers better value for their money. To compound matters, the humidifier I purchased turned out to be faulty. Rectifying the situation required an additional $10 payment for a functioning replacement. While technical glitches can occur, it would be beneficial for Let's Pet to implement thorough quality checks on electronic items before they hit the shelves. The inconvenience peaked when I had to wait for the replacement humidifier. Timely exchanges for defective products are crucial to customer satisfaction, and I hope Let's Pet considers ways to expedite this process in the future. Despite these hiccups, I want to highlight the positive aspects of my visit. The service was excellent, and the staff's friendliness and willingness to assist were standout features. The variety of animals and products also made my time at Let's Pet enjoyable. In conclusion, Let's Pet offers a pleasant shopping experience, but there is definite room for improvement in pricing transparency and quality control for electronic items. With a few adjustments, Let's Pet could easily become a top-notch destination for pet enthusiasts."

"The shop isn’t horrible but I have definitely seen a lot better. I have purchased over 20 fish from here, unfortunately learning to expect around a 50% survival rate. I have seen multiple sick fish on sales floor and when asked about them still being displayed was told “they’ll be fine in a few days.” Water parameters always coming back perfectly fine, I drip acclimate with sterile bucket, heater & drip line to assure all parameters are the same before adding to the tank, or quarantine system from what I have learned. I heavily recommend quarantining. I am new to the area so I am unsure of where to buy fish but have definitely learned now. Yes they were cheaper but would rather spend extra to know my fish are healthy and no risks to my other existing healthy fish."

"I've tried to give this place a chance and repeatedly have been disappointed. The fish tanks are awful... Disgusting and have WAY to much detritus. Not to mention they are overstocked like no other store I've seen. The $5 minimum for credit card was the last time I'll go in there. I buy there often and yet when I want some stones ($2.99) to finish my aquarium they refused. That's poor service and bad management. I would have stocked my tank from this store but instead they refused to let me buy $3 in rocks to finish my build. So instead of letting me buy the stones they forewent my monthly business and the potential $200 in fish I was going to buy this week."

"This little pet store has EVERYTHING including 2 beautiful resident birds. They have a cockatoo and a blue and gold macaw. We have been getting snake food here and their selection is amazing. This includes small pinky mice all the way up to jumbo rats. They have both live and frozen snake food available. Their service is top notch and they also have a great rewards program. Great Job Let’s Pet!!!"
