"It pains me to write this review, but I have been a customer for 15 years with multiple animals. We discovered how inept they are to deal with animal illnesses when our 17 month old cat started having seizures. Another vet (not a specialist) was much more informative and helpful. I have canceled all my wellness plans with them. Dr. Wood was their ace and without her, they are ill-equipped."

"I was talked into keeping the wellness plan after one of my dogs died. I wasn't pleased with the coverage but agree to continue for my remaining dog. The coverage was inadequate and I always paid extra for each visit. When this dog died I tried to cancel the plan. I was informed I owed over $500 to cancel. I was never verbally informed of this policy. I will never use banging again."

"My dog is a member of our family. Her care and well being is just important to me as my children. I want her happy and comfortable. Luna is a bubbling pup with plenty of personality and energy. She came to Banfield for a routine spay procedure. There were several calls prior to our appointment to remind of us the appointment and additional directions. Upon arrival the young lady who spoke with me was so patient. She answered all my questions and clarified any follow up questions. After Luna’s surgery, I received a call from Dr. Yang who also was patient and informative with her instructions. When I picked up Luna the staff again was so kind throughout the entire process. The entire staff was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. I had no doubt that my sweet pup was well taken care of in my absence."
