"Well stocked, clean grocery. There were 2 cashiers working even though the store was not yet crowded. It's always great to have friendly, smiling cashiers at checkout! Lots of necessities for last minute cookies on sale!"
"A friend of mine, their grandmother, passed away unexpectedly. The service was being held today, the same day that I was able to get by and visit with them; passing on my condolences as well. Usually, the deli requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice to fix a deli tray. After speaking with Amber and explaining my situation, she (Amber) said that she would do the tray(s) immediately. I am most appreciative of Amber's efforts on my behalf, and this is the type of customer service that I've come to be extremely grateful for from both Amber and Harris Teeter. "If you want to have a pleasant experience while grocery shopping this store is your best option around the Davis Lake area. The prices are high compared to other grocery stores nearby but the quality is incomparable. I would suggest to download their app prior to checking out and make sure to clip their electronic coupons that can save you a few bucks. Their employees are very nice and always willing to help."
