"I have a diamond cluster ring that was purchased years ago elsewhere. The gold band was wearing thin so I had it reset elsewhere and was not really happy with it so I never wore it. Decided to take it to Jordan’s Jewelry to have it reset to look like it did when I bought it. Andy Jordan did an exceptional job with the redo. It’s perfect. The ring is back to its beautiful state. "I had Andy resize my wedding band and engagement ring a few years back. Wonderful service and he also appraised them for me. I most recently had them rhodium dipped and cleaned and had some stones tightened on an anniversary band. I will be returning soon for more jewelry appraisals and of course any service or jewelry I will need in the future. I like Andy's customer service and how nice and knowledgeable he is.
