"Won't be using them one our loan is paid off. The week of Christmas they posted 2 payments to our bank account and weren't much help in getting our money back I had to call my bank and get them to cancel all transactions from one main. I then called last week to make ONE PAYMENT and AGAIN they took out TWO PAYMENTS then tried to blame it on my bank (state employees) which is definitely not the case. I've been working with the manager of this branch which is absolutely NO HELP! I sent her all the documentation needed to refund us one of the payments and they still refuse to give us our SECOND unauthorized payment back! Today I asked to speak to someone higher than her. And yet again NEVER RECIEVED A CALL from her boss. That is almost 1,000 in the last 2 weeks they have taken out of our account and only received 2 of the 4 payments back. Will never be using them again."
