"Wish I could leave a negative rating.. Witnessed lady in charge curse an employee. Employee asked not be cursed and rant continued til she told her to get the F-bomb out of her store. I called and reported the incident and was asked if I'd like a call from the owner. Never happened. Definitely not going back there. Poor Management and Ownership. No one should be talked/treated like that. SHAME ON YOU!!"

"There was a long line. I was waiting patiently. There were only 3 people working, no sense of urgency but that's fine. I saw the cashier getting the order for the person in front of me. She then started making something else. I figured it was for the drive thru. It was finally my turn to order. But instead of taking my order the women behind me came up and asked for a donut as well. She must have been a regular and the cashier knew the drink she would want to drink and took care it before I could order. So I was completely skipped/ ignored. It was just plain rude."
"The sweetest folks work in this location. They are all so friendly and make my morning a bit better. I can sense they have great work ethic. I typically order ahead via mobile app and have not had issues with my order. Some days I wait longer than others, depending on how busy it is. The Dunkin app doesn’t have estimated time so I know the people complaining simply don’t plan ahead."
"I love this new Dunkin location. The building design is sleek and the interior is nice. There is rarely a long wait but even so the line usually moves fast. The employees are very pleasant and more friendly than the other location nearby. Management seems to be doing a good job here. Definitely recommend for iced coffee’s and hot flavored drinks."
