"Had wonderful experience here. Doctors and staff were great. My main complaint is with the billing. They bill this facility as a UNC Hospital based clinic. This means that any blood work or test performed will be applied to your deductible and you could be on the hook for the payment. As if we don't already pay enough for health insurance premiums and then to get a surprise bill in the mail is disappointing to say the least. I have been going here for years and this year they decide to bill as a hospital with no prior warning. For years I have only ever had to pay my copay, now they are billing me directly for the exact same services because it is now a "hospital based facility". Make sure you check with insurance first as you could likely be getting a very expensive bill for items that will not be covered under insurance payment like I did. I will be searching for a new doctor and facility that is not billing as a hospital based facility."
