"I had my yearly mammogram done here today. The employees were all very nice and pleasant, especially the radiology technician Amy. She was such a sweet lady and you could tell she had been doing her job for over 2 decades! This was the least painful mammogram I had in years!! Thank you for making this yearly exam such a good experience."

"I had a CT scan ordered with my primary physician through Duke. The nurse was looking for an immediate appointment and made a 3 way call with an employee at Wake Radiology, I think her name is Rachel, can’t remember. She was so rude and disrespectful. The nurse from Duke was a witness and ended the call. Duke nurse had to apologize for how nasty that lady was. I cannot believe that wake radiology hired someone so rude and nasty. Never again! Don’t go to to this place! Getting a CT Scan for appendicitis is very scary and nerve wracking and to have to deal with someone so bad? Unacceptable!!!!"

"Had an appointment for an MRI for about 4 weeks for tomorrow, March 29th. I have cervical cancer and my doctor ordered one to see if I could possibly have a hysterectomy. She was going to call me Friday the 1st and tell me her opinion after this MRI. Well, they called me this afternoon after 5, the day before the MRI, to tell me they couldn't do it. Why? Said the radiologist had taken the day off first. Then he had changed the scan and they could not do it at this office. It went on from there. How can the radiologist change the doctors orders??? Why wait til the day before to call me??? Our deductible starts over July 1st. This has totally messed up everything. Hubby took the day off work to drive me. Been waiting for weeks and they wait this late to call. I will be calling the main number to complain. I'll call my doctor and see if she can get me in quicker, they told me another 4 week wait at another office. I need to know in case surgery is an option to get that scheduled. Not a good way to treat patients. Not at all. Its going to cost us more than just wait time. They don't care evidently. I'll just go back to the hospital from now on. Garner was closer and had the quickest date for it to be done. Must be a sign."

"Had a Scan scheduled for today and for what ever reason they canceled. Didn't find out until I got there when the staff clearly knew of the problem at least 2 hours before I arrived. Then when I asked to be rescheduled they wanted me to wait almost 3 weeks. I explain this was in reguards to a surgery I just had and couldn't wait that long. They said they were not going to move anyone already scheduled, but yet they did me. So then they wanted me to wait 3 weeks. I called my doctor's office and they had to work out something else for me. They didn't care about my situation or the seriousness. They were willing to inconvenience me , but nobody else!!"
